These Pelvic Floor Health Packages allow you to guide your own healthcare journey.
This means that you are in the driver’s seat of your care and not your insurance company. We spend our time focusing on your pelvic floor healthcare and not on justifying the need for treatment to your insurance company.
In other cases, I can bill insurance (except Medicare) as many insurance policies offer in-and-out-of-network benefits. Use the Insurance Verification Form to check your benefits. If you are out-of-network, you may be able to submit the superbill we provide to you for your insurance company for reimbursement.
